Technology and process improvement part of LeasePlan USA's transformation
New key appointments and investment in technology reflect LeasePlan's focus on process improvement.
LeasePlan USA announces new positions within the organization to maintain focus on process improvement through the company's transformation.
Bernadette Williams and Donna Izaguirre, both LeasePlan USA veterans, have been promoted to director of business process and operational risk management, and vice president of billing, respectively. Together, their goals include streamlining operational processes that ultimately save clients time and money.
"LeasePlan's transformation is looking at each aspect of the supply chain and making it more efficient and better for our customers," said LeasePlan USA President and CEO, Jeff Schlesinger. "These two outstanding employees will be the catalyst in this movement."
The company also recently launched enhancements to digital platforms that enhance communication with maintenance vendors, streamline service authorization and minimize driver down-time while servicing their fleet vehicle.
"This is just one more way we care for our clients' drivers," said Juan Perez, senior vice president of operations.
