ELD mandate – Dec. 18, 2017
As of Dec. 18, all fleet trucks must utilize electronic logging devices. Some recent changes were just announced to the ELD mandate. Be sure you know what is required of your fleet to be within compliance, beginning Dec. 18.
Lease accounting standards – Jan. 2018
With the new lease accounting standards going into effect in January 2019, public companies need to begin collecting data for comparable financial statements starting January 2018.
